San Francisco Airport (SFO) to Palisades Tahoe

Reno–Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the closest and most convenient airport for reaching Palisades Tahoe, offering the shortest travel time and the most reliable year-round access.

Travellers can also consider Sacramento (SMF) or San Francisco (SFO) for more flight options, but both require a longer drive and are more prone to traffic and weather disruptions.

You don’t need a car unless you prefer to explore the broader Tahoe region on your own schedule. Once you’re at the resort, Palisades Tahoe is very walkable, and most lodging areas, restaurants, lifts, and village amenities are close together.
