Please Note: The shuttle last day of operation for the shuttle is April 27th, 2008. The shuttle shuts down for the summer and then returns in November for the 2008/2009 winter season

Shuttle Hours of Operation
- Our Advantage is Flexibility - Shuttle schedules are customized daily to match those of our clients. The service is VERY flexible in order to minimize wait times and be able to adjust to flight delays, cancellations, etc.
- YVR -> Whistler: The first shuttle usually leaves at around 09:00 with the last shuttle leaving at approximately 22:30.
- Whistler -> YVR: We can accomodate most flight departure times including most early morning flights. Departure times are scheduled a few days in advance to best match the schedules of departing guests.
- Arriving on a late flight? - We have started arranging shared transfers for clients arriving on flights after 2245 at night. Please contact us for details and to book your seat!

Proceed from your arrival gate to the baggage claim and retrieve your baggage. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it near the baggage carousels.

Our Whistler Airport Shuttle is our best value transport option for groups of 5 or less people. Although it is slightly more expensive than scheduled bus service, the value, convenience, and comfort is unbeatable. We provide direct service to all hotels, condos, and most private addresses.
The first shuttle from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Whistler typically leaves around 9 AM, while the last shuttle usually leaves between 10 and 11 PM.
Whistler to YVR shuttles are based on your flight departure time and a cushion of 5 hours is typically used for travel time. We can reliably get you to the airport for flights departing after 8 AM.
