We've combined two great services to give you the ability to easily the following bus transfers:
- Whistler to Seatac Airport
- Whistler to Downtown Seattle
- Whistler to Tulalip (Seattle Premium Outlets)
- Whistler to Bellingham Airport
How Does It Work?
The first leg of the trip begins in Whistler as our Whistler Shuttle delivers you to Vancouver International Airport. From there you disembark and then board a bus which continues south across the Canada/US border to Washington State. Representatives are on hand at Vancouver International Airport to ensure a smooth transition. You'll receive complete details in your confirmation email and we're always available by phone if complications should arise.
How Long Will it Take?
The trip from Whistler to Vancouver International Airport is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on weather, traffic, and road construction.
There is a short layover at Vancouver Airport depending on the next Seattle bound bus departure time (see the schedules below). This is a great opportunity to stretch you legs, grab a coffee, or do a little shopping. There are representatives on hand at the airport to help if needed.
The trip from Seatac to Vancouver International Airport is approximately 4 hours (depending on traffic, weather, and the wait at the border). It is a beautiful drive and most of the Quick Coach buses are equipped with complimentary wi-fi internat access (bring your laptop or wi-fi enabled handheld device!).
Overall the trip is approximately 7 to 8 hours.

- How much advance notice is required for reservations on the Seatac, Seattle, Tulalip and Bellingham to Whistler Bus?
We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice in order to make the arrangements and get everything confirmed.
- What if my flight arrives late at SeaTac and I miss my scheduled departure to Vancouver/Whistler?
You will be provided with a seat on the next Northbound coach. Please be aware that this won't be until the next day if you arrive after the last departure!
Your confirmation email contains detailed instruction on what to do if your flight is delayed or cancelled.
- What if my bus arrives late at Vancouver International Airport and I miss my next bus connection?
A representative at the airport will assist you and ensure that you get a seat on the next available bus. Your email confirmation will contain detailed instructions on how to proceed if you miss a connection.
- What if my bus from Whistler is delayed and it causes me to miss my flight at SeaTac?
We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance that will cover your flight if you miss your flight do to delays. We are not responsible for missed flights due to delays with your ground transfers.
- Are reservations required?
- Yes! We require 48 hour advance notice on all bookings between Washington state locations and Whistler.
- Do you pickup and drop-off at private addresses in Whistler?
- We pickup and drop-off at all major hotels and condos in Whistler. If you need to go to a private address, or somewhere not listed in our pickup/dropoff locations, you may select that option during the booking process for an additional $10 per person.
